I have a passion for identifying new opportunities and helping grow sales revenue.  From a background with chemical and industrial manufacturing companies, my experience in operations, sales, technology and general management roles gives me the tool kit to help you with strategic and tactical planning, B2B sales channels, new product development and processing. 

Most recently, I helped a local manufacturer expand their presence within the global aerospace market by defining the size of the long term opportunity and developing a focused "go-to-market" channel strategy.  Prior to that, I assisted a local builder of high-end, custom homes in refining their vision and strategy, optimizing their market segmentation and enhancing their new business pipeline.  In both cases, proactive mentoring allowed these organizations to define their path to success and implement their action plans.

Over my tenure with medium and large sized companies, I have been afforded numerous experiences that spanned growing established businesses, redirecting businesses to new markets and, in one case, turning around a company that was crushed in the aftermath of 911. 

I have a strong belief in giving back to the community.  Whether as a volunteer member of both the zoning board and board of selectmen in a small New England town or as a member of Maryland's Covid 19 Manufactuing Emergency Relief Fund task force, I believe in helping communities prosper by offering my time, experience and passion.
