I have more than 25 years experience in Operations, managing key functions such as Customer Service, Sales, Order Processing, Inventory, Supply Chain and Telecommunications in several manufacturing companies.   I have established and managed sales and service call centers in business-to-business and business-to-consumer organizations in several different industries. My background also includes business operations, human resources, internal communications, technology and IT services.
